What's included in your subscription?

* 20 FREE SMS messages per month. After you have used up your free 20 SMS messages per month you can either opt to pay monthly for the SMS's used over and above this amount or simply set your account to only allow you to use the 20 included. Extra SMS's over your 20 free are charged at 15¢ per SMS.

* Unlimited email messages. Send as many email messages as you like! Emails can be sent using the automatic appointment reminder service or simply by sending direct emails to your clients via inForm.

Can I change packages at any time?

Yep. Simply go to Preferences>Billing and you'll see your options.

How does the 1 Month free trial work?

We allow you to sign up to a FREE, full featured trial without having to enter your credit card details. It's just another way we like to make your life easier.

If after your 1 month free trial you can't live without inForm simply enter your credit card details and continue to enjoy inForm.

If however for some reason you feel that inForm is not for you then simply do nothing or close your account and you won't be charged a single cent.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No. After your 30-day free trial, payments are made either month-by-month or annually (if you want to enjoy a generous discount) and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel we will stop billing you immediately and you only incur the charges you have been billed prior to cancellation.
