Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a fully featured 1-month free trial during which you can put inForm through its paces and see if it's right for you. No obligation, no risk - Simply Sign Up.

Can I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?

Yes, you can upgrade your free trial to a paid plan after your 1 month trial has ended. All of your data (clients, appointments, sales, expenses, etc) will remain within your account. The upgrade process is easy, when you next login after your 1 month trial you will be prompted to enter your credit card details and once entered you will be logged into your account.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No. After your 30-day free trial, payments are made either month-by-month or annually (if you want to enjoy a discount) and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel we will stop billing you immediately and you only incur the charges you have been billed prior to cancellation. Want to know more about refunds and cancellations?

When I sign up do I get access to all features?

Yes! When you sign up, you’ll automatically get 30-days free but of course you’ll get all the features listed on our features page.

Can I use inForm on either my Mac or PC?

Yes you can! inForm can be accessed through your choice of web browser on either a mac or PC.

What web browsers work with inForm?

Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4, and Chrome 4.

How much data can I store in inForm (clients, sales, appointments, etc)?

Unlimited! Yep, you are free to have as many client details in your account as you like – giving you ultimate freedom.

I'm using another system, can I import my stuff?

Yes. You can import all your client details straight into inForm using a number of file formats including Excel and csv.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. We have partnered with one of the world’s leading hosting providers to ensure that your information is secure at all times and that we have 99.99% uptime. inForm is hosted with Amazon.
